Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction site management, ensuring construction safety, maintaining organization on site, managing budgets, and overall project management. The role includes collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.

• Construction Site Management, Construction Superintendent, and Budgeting skills
• Construction Safety knowledge and experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of precast wall panels a plus
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
